Reverence
Wanna share a testimony. For those who were not there for dinner after the ESS on 080809, I felt really sick and unwell during dinner. Couldn't finish the food and really felt that a fever was developing. As if the life had been sucked out of me. To make things worse, i realised that i misplaced my file at Shaw House cinema area. Didnt seem like the best of days at all.
Thank God for the people around me. I told them my problem and how i was feeling. They were concerned and even agreed to follow me to find my file even though its pretty far and that the possibility to find it is slim. I felt loved by all their unanimous decisions to accompany me.
Along the way there, Xinyi prayed for my health and for my file to be found. I genuinely felt better after the prayer and assured. After we reached, we went to the spot where i lost it and it wasnt there. I felt a little disappointed cos it contains many important documents inside. Then we went asking around the staff trying to identify who might have taken it. Thank God that a cleaner found it and kept it. At that moment, it dawned upon me that prayer is so powerful and that Jesus was intervenening in my life.
Not the best week to begin with =(
But it definitely ended well =)
